Have you ever felt the need to help out a fellow writer/artist? Do you just have a lot of ideas building up and no time to write? If that's the case, than you should…Donate-A-Prompt!!

Why are we asking you to donate a prompt? Well, because we will have a "Adopt-A- Prompt" from this post, where writer's/artirt's will choose one of your prompts.

Sounds intresting, huh?

People looking to donate a prompt should be aware that there are certain guidelines that you must follow when posting your prompt. First and foremost; please remember to keep one prompt to a comment – you can post as many prompts as you want. When posting a prompt,it could be a one word prompt, a phrase, art, drawing, picture, quote or song. Finally, please realize, every prompt will not be adopted!

Can I just say I love this?: Emrys (Merlin's stage name) is a famous musician now. Prince Arthur is having a birthday or some such where they are holding a concert, and Emrys is asked to perform.

I had that exact same idea. But I had also thought to add to it that they had known each other when younger, when Emrys wasn't quite as big a star. He performs two or three songs because apparently Arthur is a real fan. In my idea, the last song Emrys performs is The Vertical Horizon song, Best I Ever Had. I haven't been able to get this off the ground though. (possibly because I am writing like five stories at the same time)

An affair that went wrong. Arthur not willing to stand up for Merlin, either to his father or others. Perhaps Merlin finds out that Arthur was keeping him a secret? Or figures out that Arthur isn't going to be admit to being bi or gay. Or maybe he let his father believe that Merlin was a girl? Something that perhaps as Merlin has gotten older he has learned to forgive Arthur but not really forget. A bit of age makes you wiser to the real world.

Fabulous. All of that except the pretending he's a girl part fits in nicely with what I already have. ;)

Any chance you want to write it? I have never been able to get it off the ground but I can see it in my head. As a surprise Arthur doesn't know who is performing and neither does the crowd. The musician list has been kept a secret.
