"Destiny is never comforting" Man, isn't THAT the truth. This is lovely. I really like how Gaius' love and loyalty for Merlin shine through here. Arthur needed to know the truth about his father and the purge. (I only wish they had done that in canon.) Now I have to wonder about that meeting...
