To all our Drabblers, Drawblers, Stalkers, Skulkers, and Members!

It’s that time of year when there’s a nip in the air, and frost on the windows. When we can wear our warm woolly socks, and coffee shops start selling peppermint and ginger coffees!

Yes, it’s coming up to Christmas! The Elves are busy, the reindeer's are in training, and Santa’s checking his list. And we, your mods at [livejournal.com profile] camelot_drabble, want to make your Christmas, and our first Christmas, a very special one.

There’s nothing quite like the excitement of going to bed on Christmas Eve and waking up at cock-crow the next morning to get down to the Christmas Tree and see what you’ve got.

Yes, I am a huge child at heart - we all are!

So in honour of this festive season we’ve decided to have a Camelot Drabble Holiday Exchange Fest.

So get your thinking (Santa) caps on! What’s that one fic you’ve always wanted written, or that one image you’ve always wanted to see materialize? Now is your chance to get it! You’ll leave your prompt, and come Christmas some lovely fellow drabbler, or drawbler will create it for you! It’s all anon until your gift is posted. You’ll get a gift and you’ll give one in return!

Sound good? We think so – and we’re very excited!

Sign-Up’s, rules, and schedule will be posted at the start of December.

Help us pimp this Fest! Grab a Banner and spread the word!

Title: End-game
Rating: G
Character/s: Merlin, Arthur, Kilgharrah
Summary: Merlin believed the dragon when he spoke of destiny. That might have been a mistake.
Warnings: Post-Camlann, Major Character Death
Word Count: 996
Prompt: #32  Laugh
Author's Notes: I was thinking about Merlin as an anti-hero and why he'd listen to Kilgharrah so much.
Disclaimer: I do not own the BBC version of Merlin; They and Shine do. I am very respectfully borrowing them with no intent to profit. No credits have changed hands. No copyright infringement is intended.
