Author's Notes: Knitting!Merlin emerges from his warm, woolly plot bunny, thanks to osky291 and the lovely story she wrote for me for the holiday exchange. See, someone I know was given a homemade knitted sweater packed from top to bottom with patterns and colours she likes, text and symbols of things she has done and are passionate about. There was not a mask in it that didn’t mean something, it was organized chaos and filled with love and care. Makes me wish I could knit. Also, considering how many times I have edited this post now, I wonder if my new years resolution should be to get my stuff beta'd before posting.
