Summary: Arthur couldn’t feel the tips of his fingers anymore, but the burn in his wrists was worse than ever and starting to spread down his arms and chests. Hanging by a pair of handcuffs from a dangling hook in a meat freezer was as cliche as it got for an undercover cop who got caught by the mob, but he had to admit it was effective.
