Holiday Exchange Fest 2018?

Good morning,

We are trying to set everything up for the Holiday Exchange Fest, if you are all interested. But in order to continue we would like to hear what ya'll think.

Should we continue doing the matching with the participants? They post their desire prompts and we match them up.
Or should everyone leave their prompts, we put them on a list and the participants choose what they would like to create?
The only con we see with this is that it would be a first come, first serve list. Some participants maybe would end up with something they wouldn’t like.

Please let us know your thoughts and suggestions in regards to the above and the Holiday Exchange Fest in general.
