“Mmm, feels good,” said Gwaine, opening his eyes at the feel of Arthur’s fingers in his hair.
Arthur was awake, though his eyes were still closed. “Morning, love.”
“How’s Sleeping Beauty over there?” asked Gwaine, trailing thumb across Arthur’s chest. “You think we wore him out—hard to tell the way he sleeps?”
“Haha. I know, let’s try something.” Arthur said, grinning from ear to ear, and indicating non-verbally that Gwaine should keep an eye on Merlin. “Oh, Gwaine, that’s it, harder, yesssssssss….”
Gwaine laughed, but there was a gleam in his eye that sent a shiver down Arthur’s back.
Just then, the doorbell rang.
“Oh shit!” both men exclaimed simultaneously.
Merlin stirred slightly, muttering, “Wrrff? Wuzzat?”
“Go get the door, Arthur, I’m naked.”
“You get it, Gwaine, I’m in the middle.”
Arthur turned towards Merlin and gently shook him, while Gwaine called, “Merlin, wakey wakey! Someone’s at the door!”
