Author's notes: Thank you for all the lovely comments on 'Flames', I hope you'll also like this one. I didn’t want to post this, because I don’t like it personally, but I thought what the hell. The style I used here is totally strange for me, never used it before, I can only hope I could make it work. I can't say I'm totally satisfied with it, but here it goes.
Promises
’I’m happy to be your servant, till the day I die.’ Tied by fate.
„…for the crime of betrayal…” Arthur’s voice booms across the courtyard.
You deceived me for as long as I have known you!
Banishment.
„…leave and never return to Camelot on the penalty of death.”
His lips ghosting Arthur’s chest drawing a soft moan. Bound by love. Forever.
His eyes told everything: ’I don’t ever want to see you again.’
Merlin’s nails dig deep enough to draw blood, he’s sure it’ll leave a scar, cutting deep into the life line of his palm. Destiny written in scars.

Date: 2012-04-23 06:52 pm (UTC)It definitely works for me!
I think you will find that some drabbles "sing" brighter than others, but it's definitely been a good way for me to focus intensely on something.

Date: 2012-04-23 07:06 pm (UTC)Yes, I love the poetry in drabbles too.
I think you write very well, especially considering that English is not your first language!

Date: 2012-04-23 08:05 pm (UTC)Drabbles for me are more like just a thought or a feeling, not really a story. That was why this was a bit different than usual, cause a bit of 'story' got poured in it.

Date: 2012-04-23 10:58 pm (UTC)*blush* Really, you do not need to read them all. I am actually planning to do a post tomorrow (most likely) on my favorite fics that I've written. Start with the ones with a high kudo count, if you are really aiming to read everything:D
