Or is there a better way to handle this scenario?

In the master list the drawble would be under art and I will also add "companion to" then put the link to the story. Also in the drabble I would add the link to the art. If thats ok with you.
We will add the question to our faq's too.

I just posted a story with characters that didn't already have tags and didn't want to create any without permission, especially since one was gwen wasn't sure whether you'd want to use her full name or not.
So, what's the deal with adding new character and pairing tags?
And do you just add tags for characters/pairings focused on in the story or every one that appears?

Date: 2012-04-17 01:38 pm (UTC)Right now we are adding character/pairings tags as the stories are coming. We added the pairing and character tags to your entry since the character are not mention but part of the story.
We add tags to focused pairings and characters. If a character is just mention, then no tags necessary for the story.

I either add it manually or forget, but it would be nice to have it in the posting format I copy and paste into the entry, such as below:
