Is it strictly one entry per prompt? Because I just wrote my second drabble for the prompt skin and now I don't know which to choose. *headdesk*

Ha, I asked this earlier because I was having the same problem. You can have more than one submission for a prompt, just post them in separate entries was what we decided on.

I love the AO3 community idea!

Just wondering, since I'd probably prefer to post any of the drabbles as "chapters" in one "story"/"series" on AO3 so as not to clog up my account with tiny stories, could the AO3 comm have a sub-section for authors in addition to the weekly subsections? Or is there a better way to handle this scenario?

hey! idk if this is the place to say this, but w/e- I just thought I'd say that I think this community is really kind of fabulous :') I'm pretty sure I've looked at most of the entries and idk... there's already a sense of togetherness from the people who signed up and commented and *flails* I just think you mods have got a great thing going on here :)

We wanted a place where we are all there for each other and so far we have that and we can't be any happier.

Posting related Drawble/Drabble together

Dear Mods, what's the policy on posting a drawble and drabble together in one post if they are related? I wrote and drew, but posted separately as I wasn't sure about the preference. It's not likely to happen a lot, I guess, but when it does, perhaps a rule is required?

Hey hon,

You can posted togethere or separate which ever is easier for you. As of now this is the first time. In the master list the drawble would be under art and I will also add "companion to" then put the link to the story. Also in the drabble I would add the link to the art. If thats ok with you.

We will add the question to our faq's too.

I noticed you haven't got a full list of characters and pairing in the tags yet. I just posted a story with characters that didn't already have tags and didn't want to create any without permission, especially since one was gwen wasn't sure whether you'd want to use her full name or not.

So, what's the deal with adding new character and pairing tags?
And do you just add tags for characters/pairings focused on in the story or every one that appears?

Hi!

Right now we are adding character/pairings tags as the stories are coming. We added the pairing and character tags to your entry since the character are not mention but part of the story.

We add tags to focused pairings and characters. If a character is just mention, then no tags necessary for the story.

Artist Posting Format for Drawbles

Having submitted a couple of drawbles, I've noticed that there should perhaps be a space to list "Media" where the artist lists the materials used in creating their drawble. I either add it manually or forget, but it would be nice to have it in the posting format I copy and paste into the entry, such as below:

Artist:username
Title:
Rating:
Pairing:
Character/s:
Media:
Warnings:
Prompt:
Artist’s Notes:

If for some reason you miss the sign-up post, you can contact a mod and ask to be added to the list. However, the same rules apply; you will not be given an extension, and you must post your work by 9PM Eastern/Standard Time on Tuesdays.

I'm new to LJ so I'm sort of learning the ropes around here, so please forgive me if I make any mistakes about posting or don't understand something. I'm just making sure that nothing went wrong while I was posting--I signed up for the Gift Exchange and when I submitted the comment, it said it was registered as 'Spam'. Was that supposed to happen? I just want to be sure, because LJ has been acting wonky for me lately.
