Hi!

I'm new to LJ so I'm sort of learning the ropes around here, so please forgive me if I make any mistakes about posting or don't understand something. I'm sort of trying to poke around and get acquainted with the site, join some communities and make some friends, and this place happened to catch my eye. This looks wonderful! I really wanted to join and I hope that's okay.

Basically I'm trying to ask if a) I can join (I'm not sure if I have to ask or not) and b) Can I participate in the next prompt?
